After teaching in early childhood for 20 years, Jocelyn joined the University of Canterbury and spent 14 years managing and delivering two Ministry of Education Early Childhood Professional development contracts. Jocelyn had responsibility for managing and supporting an inspirational team of facilitators and together they progressed current ideas on teaching and learning with teachers in their region.
For the past 11 years Keryn has been an early childhood education professional development facilitator working on Ministry of Education funded projects for the University of Canterbury. Keryn's involvement in professional development has allowed her all sorts of opportunities, such as being part of the team who developed Kei Tua o te Pae the Early Childhood Assessment Exemplars, being on several working groups for Ministry of Education projects and resources, and she has co-written resources too.
Hayden finished high school in 2008 and achieved his Diploma in Web Development at Natcoll in 2009. He joined CORE in November and with his passion for Web Development, his positive attitude and his eagerness to learn he is very well suited to his job.
Hayden was born in New Plymouth but moved to Christchurch with his family in 2000. He loves sport and plays a lot of cricket. Hayden says he is a bit of a neat freak and likes to be super organised!
